The ALCHEMY Circle (In-Person) - March 3

The ALCHEMY Circle is a drop-in, monthly, group circle for women rebuilding their lives after divorce. 

Each in-person circle will focus on 3 elements: 

1. Envisioning where you’re going 
2. Celebrating where you are
3. Releasing something that is no longer serving you

Each in-person circle can include: 

• a guided meditation and visualization
• breath-work, yoga, or embodiment practises
• a judgement-free sharing and support circle
• elements of ritual, or a carefully-curated take-away  
• practical sharing and tools
